Hi, I’m Poppy, the face behind Cloud Companion.
I'm a virtual assistant providing calm, behind-the-scenes support for small businesses that need their admin and digital tasks handled smoothly and reliably.
I began my career working in admin and digital support, and my first long-term role was supporting an electrical company - a fast-paced, hands-on business where strong organisation and clear systems really matter. I continue to support trade and service-based businesses who need dependable support running quietly in the background.
I’m a Cardiff University graduate with a love for travel, good tea, and working remotely from wherever I feel most inspired. I enjoy creating order out of chaos and helping business owners feel less overwhelmed by the day-to-day tasks that can easily pile up.
